Due to the inclement weather forecast for this coming Saturday, a decision has been made by the Board of Governors to postpone our Snowflake Luncheon at the Historic Strasburg Inn in Strasburg, Penna. The luncheon has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 20th at the same time.
Action:
If you have already registered to attend, please reconfirm your attendance for the new date by responding to this e-mail or calling me on 302-354-7989 (cell) or 302-378-3775 (home).
If you made a hotel reservation for this weekend, please call to cancel or change your room reservation to the new date. Availability has been confirmed. You will encounter no penalty for cancellation of the original weekend. When making your new reservation, please identify yourself as being with SRYC.
If you were not able to attend on Feb 6th, but would like to attend on February 20th, please send your registration and payment to me to be received no later than Monday, Feb 15th. Registration information/form can be found on the SRYC website under "Activities".

Please join your fellow club members at our annual Snowflake Luncheon to find out about next summer’s activities, and more importantly, to have a great time with your SRYC friends. The luncheon will take place at the DS Fireside Tavern at the Historic Strasburg Inn in Strasburg, PA.
